World renowned mountaineer Alex Lowe was a towering figure in the world of mountain sports. In 1999, he was lost in a deadly avalanche along with cameraman David Bridges while attempting to ski the north face of Mount Shishapangma. Seventeen years later, their bodies were found by two climbers – leading Lowe’s family to travel to Tibet and recover them.
